How do I place a return or exchange?
If you are not fully satisfied with your item we can help you find the style or size that's right for you. Begin your returns process by simply contact the : marketing@zveclub.com
What’s your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must include the original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and a note that you are requesting refund. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund
Do I need to pay to return my order?
Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund notification via email. Credit card refunds usually take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong / defective product?
if you receive the wrong / defective product, please follow the next guidelines:
1.If the product has quality/wrong siz/wrong color problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed.(We bear the freight)
2.The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage 3.on the product will void the refund.
After the shipment, If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
